I sat the TEAS twice. The first time I walked in having read the whole content review front to back and scored badly enough that I nearly gave up on the application. The second time I did almost no reading and a great deal of timed practice, and the difference was not small.
That is most of what I teach. Not the content — you can get that from a book — but what to do with sixty seconds and four options that all look plausible. Where the marks actually go, and which habits quietly cost you them.
What I am useful for
Science, particularly anatomy and physiology, which is where most applicants lose the most and notice it the least. Also the mechanics of the exam itself: pacing, when to guess, how to stop rereading.
I also help with literature searches and referencing for coursework once you are in a programme — that is the research-assistant side of what I do.
How I work
Bring me a result. A diagnostic, a section score, a set of questions you got wrong. We will spend the session on the actual gap rather than on a syllabus neither of us needs to cover.
